Do Paradoxical Virtual Leadership and Emotional Intelligence have Relationships? In Particular from Technology Dependence, Geographical Dispersion, and Human Capital Tensions

This study intended to investigate issues on the relationship between paradoxical virtual leadership and emotional intelligence; accordingly, two main questions were addressed; first one was, investigating what is known unknown about concept of leadership; second question was describe intelligence, in existing literature. In this regard, methodologically, employed narrative review strategy 38 relevant studies selected from various research databases, answer raised shown earlier. And also, findings presented descriptively using content analysis method. As revealed that major focuses previous limited transformational style, teams, information communication technology. shows sufficient not yet conducted leader’s (except style) intelligence tensions such as geographical dispersion human capital. Therefore, it recommended employee Purvanova Kenda’s model Goleman’s combination, assess their relationships a comprehensive manner.
